ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUASAN KONSUMEN DIDALAM PEMBAYARAN PAJAK KENDARAAN BERMOTOR DI KOTA PEMATANG SIANTAR (Studi Kasus Pembayaran Pajak Kendaraan Bemotor di Gerai Samsat Pematang Siantar)

چکیده

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen didalam pembayaran pajak kendaran bermotor di kota Pematangsiantar. Sampel diteliti sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis digunakan adalah teknik faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa telah terbentuk menjadi 5 faktor yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan, Produk, Kemudahan, Faktor Emosional dan Harga. Dalam menunjukkan nilai KMO measure of adequancy sebesar 0,865 > 0,5 anti-image terlihat MSA 0,5.
